No. This is a self study, self paced program. However, each workout is paired with a video in which I cue you and guide you as you move.
Everyone is different. Each mom has had a different journey, has a different body, and a different hormone balance so each mom will have their own results. It is impossible for me, or any fitness coach, to guarantee a specific result. But what I can guarantee is that if you commit 100% to the program and everything it offers, you will get stronger, feel better, and get closer to the results you want.
You should always be cleared by a doctor before beginning any exercise program. If you have a known back injury (identified by an MRI or doctor) or you are 2 months postpartum or less, then this is not for you. Seeing a Pelvic Floor PT in those first two months can give you a really great head start.
No. However, I have created it with as little equipment as possible. Within the program, I have also provided you with a simple guide that will make acquiring what you need simple. You need a foam roller, mini bands, resistance bands, dumbbells, and a squishy ball.
Yes. I have provided workout trackers that you can print and it will make taking the workout to the gym as simple as possible. You can also follow along with the videos while you are there if you prefer.
Each workout is right around 30 minutes. It is a 3 day work and 1 day rest rotation. This will last for the course of the 4 week program.
No. You don't need to do the work, however, the program is designed so that doing the focus work will maximize your results. If you chose not to do the focus work, progress may be slower.
The beauty of this program is that you will have it for life! I have also created a tracker that shows you how to turn the program into an 8-week program. It gives you an easy-to-follow guide to add an additional 4 weeks. You are more than welcome to repeat it and watch yourself improve.
