Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

No. This is a self study, self paced program. However, each workout is paired with a video in which I cue you and guide you as you move.

Everyone is different. Each mom has had a different journey, has a different body and a different hormone balance so each mom will have their own results. It is impossible for me, or any fitness coach, to guarantee a specific result. But what I can guarantee is that if you commit 100% to the program and everything it offers, you will get stronger, feel better and get you closer to the results you want.  

You should always be cleared by a doctor before beginning any exercise program. If you have a known back injury (identified by an MRI or doctor) or you are 2 months postpartum or less, then this is not for you. Seeing a Pelvic Floor PT in those first two months can give you a really great head start.

No. You don't need to do the work, however, the program is designed so that doing the rest day work will maximize your result. If you chose not to do the rest day work, progress maybe slower.

Yes. I do have some workouts with very minimal equipment, but all of them can be done without it.

Yes. I have provided workout trackers that you can print and it will make taking the workout to the gym as simple as possible. You can also follow along with the videos while you are there if you prefer.
