All programming is available to everyone. Our programming is geared toward Moms and Females specifically, however, if you are interested in training that is not, please contact us for more information. It is available to all! There are no limitations. Jen is certified for general population clients, clinical clients and postpartum and pregnant clients. You can find your niche with her not matter what you are looking for.
